On July 6, 2022, Re:public received the “second star” (second tier level) of the “Eruboshi Certification.” We have been recognized as a company that has made effective efforts to promote women’s advancement in business, in accordance with the Law for the Promotion of Women’s Activities. The Eruboshi Certification is a system under which the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare certifies companies that have formulated and submitted a strategic and effective action plan to promote gender equality in across various aspects that pertain to women in business.

Evaluations were made based on the following five categories: (1) hiring and recruitment (2) continued employment (3) working hours and work styles (4) ratio of women amongst managers and (5) promoting diverse career paths. The evaluation involves a three stars (three-tiers) accreditation system based on the efforts promised or made per category.

We were recognized for excelling in the following categories and were certified as a 2-star Eruboshi company: (1) hiring and recruitment (3) working hours and work styles (4) ratio of women amongst managers and (5) promoting diverse career paths. We are committed to continuing to build a diverse team that priorities advocating for gender equality across all of our business practices.
